Manuscript Submission
Original contributions are invited from prospective authors with interests in the indicated conference topics and related areas of application. All contributions should be high quality, original and not published elsewhere or submitted for publication during the review period. The papers can be theoretical, practical and application-oriented on the conference tracks. Every submission must identify the conference track which best relates to the contents of the paper. Papers will be peer-reviewed by the International Program Committee and may be accepted for long and short presentations. All the peer-reviewed and selected papers of the conference will be published in Scopus-indexed proceedings with reputed publishers like previous year proceedings.
Submission Guidelines
Submission MUST be written in English according to the Springer LNNE proceedings template given below.
Submissions MUST be original, unpublished, and not submitted for publication elsewhere.
Submissions will be peer-reviewed for originality, technical quality and presentation.
Submission should have at least 10 full pages but not more than 12 pages. Charges applicable for extra pages.
Each article will be tested for plagiarism by the Turnitin tool.
All the submissions will be accepted through Microsoft CMT only. All the authors are requested to submit their full papers using the following link.

CAMERA-READY SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
For the paper to be included in the conference proceedings
Prepare your Camera-ready version as per the author's guidelines available in the following link.

The authors must address the major/ minor changes provided by the comments from reviewers; You must include a file entitled 'Changes after review' with a bulleted list of the modifications to the paper. Authors are not allowed to add new results and experiments to the paper.
The authors must submit a License-to-Publish form signed by the corresponding author of the paper. The corresponding author, who should match the corresponding author marked on the paper, must have the full right, power, and authority to sign the agreement on behalf of all the authors of the paper and accept responsibility for releasing this material on their behalf.
All accepted papers must be presented physically or online by an author registered at the conference. The presenting author must complete conference registration by the camera-ready submission deadline.
A manuscript found plagiarized more than the permissible limit during any stage of the publication process, shall be rejected.
All camera-ready material and the signed License to Publish form must be uploaded to the Camera-ready submission link given below before the deadline.
Camera-Ready Files Naming
Camera-ready submission files require a naming convention: XXX is your 3-digit paper ID. If your paper ID has less than 3 digits, add zeros in the front. For example, AICTA2024-0123.pdf

Camera-ready Submission Checklist
Information on your CMT portal must be consistent with those on your paper and REGISTRATION FORM. This includes:
Title of your paper
Author Names (including spelling and capitalization of names)
Order of authors
Authors are listed on the paper in "firstname lastname” convention. Do not abbreviate first names. You may include middle initials. For example, Anand M. Sharma.
I have included the License to Publish form signed by the corresponding author.
I have included the final PDF of my camera-ready submission in my .zip folder
(Latex user only) I have included %index{Last Name, First Name} for every author of the paper, right after the author{} command.
(Latex user only) I have included source files, including the .tex, .bib (if using BibTex), and figure files.
(Word user only) I have included my Word file (.docx)
I have included my supplementary material in my .zip folder (if submitting supplementary materials)
A "Changes after review” file with a bulleted list of the modifications to the paper is included in my .zip file.
I understand that once a paper has been delivered to Springer, both the paper and the author list can not be altered. This includes the authors' names, order, and the corresponding author. Request for corrections will NOT be accommodated after the camera-ready submission deadline.
